Product Introduction
8x4 Cement Mixer Truck is a special truck used to transport concrete for mixing construction. Because of its shape, it is often called snail truck. These trucks are equipped with round and simple mixing drums to carry the mixed concrete. During transportation, the mixing drum will always rotate to ensure that the transported concrete will not solidify. After transporting the concrete, the interior of the mixing drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from occupying space and reduce the volume of the mixing box.
8x4 Cement Mixer Truck has a lower body, which makes the whole vehicle have higher stability when driving. The compact open hydraulic circuit system improves the working efficiency. The temperature control switch can ensure that the temperature of the hydraulic system is not higher than 65 ℃. Wear resistant lining plates are added to the feed hopper and swing discharge chute to improve the service life. The mixing drum shell and blade made of special materials have higher wear resistance.

●The frame can be 850 × 300 (8 + 7) mm and 850 × 300 (8 + 7 + 8) mm, through multiple CAE optimization design, the load distribution of the frame is more reasonable, the topology analysis and optimization of the cast beam support plate structure, the frame has strong bending and torsion resistance, which is not afraid of complex working conditions.
●WABCO valves with an added air pressure testing interface allowing easy to measure air pressure , braking performance and troubleshooting.
●The approach angle and departure angle are 30 degrees and 28 degrees respectively, the road conditions are adaptable and the trafficability is enhanced.
●Low alloyed steel with the type of Q135、Q345、Q700 and T700 of high strength-low carbon easily welded steel, the strength, density, plasticity of these material were performed well, the body can withstand the impact of mass rock with long service life.
